  • Order Processing: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time they are placed.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address, the size/weight of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day (available for select locations).

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders(conditions may apply based on location).

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are typically due upon arrival and are not included in the total order price at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Pakistan only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. While we make every effort to deliver your items within the estimated time frame, please note that factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays may impact delivery.

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
  • International Orders: Delivery times may range from 7-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, sometimes delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak shopping seasons
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing for international orders

8. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or household members. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of receipt) with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

9. Address Accuracy

To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

10. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to us due to a delivery issue (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal to accept the package), we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of returned packages.
