7-Day Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date you receive your item. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and sale/clearance items, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours/ 1 day of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
