Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will follow once the order is dispatched.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day (available for select areas)
Shipping Fees:
Calculated at checkout based on your address, order size, and selected shipping method.
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders (conditions may apply based on location).
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by your country. These charges are not included at checkout.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Pakistan only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Times
Domestic Orders: Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method.
International Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Note: Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier service issues.

8. Missing or Damaged Packages
Missing: If marked “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors and contact us within 5 business days.
Damaged: Report damages within 3 business days of receiving the package. Include clear photos of the product and packaging for a prompt resolution.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
10. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your order is returned to us due to:
An incorrect address
Unclaimed delivery
Refusal to accept the package
